Cricket was lost during communication

I just received a Robobox III. I also have the same issue as the previous post: When I turn it on the green light flickers and the red light stays on. Is that correct?

I also get an error whenever I try to download a program using Cricket Logo or Logo Blocks. The error message is:

"Cricket was lost during communication! Please turn the cricket on and off and try again."

Turning the cricket on and off does not help.

Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem, even if I just try to download a simple code it won't work. Help, anyone?
